Cost of Return Shipping

If physical materials need to be returned as part of the return process, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In cases where we are at fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For digital services or webinars, no shipping costs apply as returns are processed electronically.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before the service begins without penalty. To cancel an order:

If you cancel an order more than 7 days before the service start date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the service start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service cost, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control.
